Before you pay
Is VendorReady billed separately from COI Tracker?
Yes. VendorReady plans are their own subscriptions, separate from COI Tracker plans. Charges come from COI Tracker, the company behind VendorReady, and one account signs in to both products.
Are prices in USD?
Yes — every price on this page is in US dollars, billed monthly or yearly. Yearly is roughly 17% off when it is offered.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the customer portal in your VendorReady account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my vendors and documents after I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Every vendor and document stays in your account. After a cancellation you are on the Free plan, which keeps 10 vendors with documents on file; adding a document beyond that is blocked until you upgrade or remove some.
Is there a trial period?
No trial and no card needed. The Free plan is the trial — it includes the reader and reminders, so you can run a real vendor list before paying.
Is the COI reader on every plan?
Yes, including Free. The public reader reads ACORD 25 PDFs with a text layer and highlights where each value came from; you confirm every field. Scans and photos are declined on the public reader rather than guessed at. Signed in, a model-assisted fallback may run for documents the on-server engines cannot read — every value is still yours to confirm.
Does VendorReady verify coverage with the insurer?
No. It reads what the certificate says and tracks the dates. It never contacts an insurer, never decides that a vendor is compliant, and does not determine your legal requirements.
