Terms of Service

These terms govern use of COI Tracker (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

COI Tracker is a tool that stores vendor insurance certificate metadata and sends reminder emails before expiry dates. It is a recordkeeping convenience, not legal or compliance advice. You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy and validity of certificates you track.

2. Your Account

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. Magic-link authentication means anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in — keep it secure.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to send unsolicited email, impersonate others, or upload files you do not have the right to store. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Pricing

Free tier includes up to 5 vendors. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Data

You own the data you enter. We store it on Supabase (US region) and send transactional email through Resend. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that reminder emails will always be delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
