How do I request a fresh certificate from a renter?

Click "Request Update" and COI Tracker emails them from your name asking for a current certificate. They reply, you upload the PDF or a photo, and the expiry date and reminders refresh.

Where are the uploaded certificates stored?

Each certificate is kept in private storage reachable only through a signed link, so you can pull proof of coverage for a landlord or licensing board without hunting through email.
