We enter every vendor, every certificate, and every expiry date into your account. Reminders are configured to fire at 30, 14, and 7 days before each expiry.
You log in to a ready-to-use account
We send you a link when it's done. Sign in, confirm everything looks right, and you're tracking. Reminders run automatically from that point forward.
People switching off a spreadsheet who don’t want to re-enter 30+ vendors by hand. If you have a folder of PDFs, a Google Sheet, or even just a list of vendor names and expiry dates somewhere — that’s enough. We take it from there.
The app is simple enough to set up yourself for free — this is just for people who’d rather hand it off.
Everything needed to get your account ready: loading all your vendors, entering each certificate with the correct expiry date, attaching PDFs where you have them, and configuring the reminder schedule. One-time, flat fee.
Usually 1–2 business days after you send your files. If your list is unusually large or the PDFs are hard to read we'll let you know before we start.
$149 covers lists up to around 150 vendors. If yours is larger, email us first and we'll give you a straight number before you commit to anything.
The $149 is a one-time setup fee. COI Tracker itself runs on a separate subscription — Free (up to 3 vendors), Starter ($29/mo), or higher depending on your vendor count. We'll help you pick the right plan when we confirm your order.
