Yes. Certificate PDFs are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets with row-level-security; only your account can access them. Files are served through short-lived signed URLs (no permanent public links) and all traffic is HTTPS. We never share, sell, or train on your documents.

Yes. Cancel from Stripe Customer Portal in two clicks. You keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, and your data stays in your account in case you come back. There are no setup fees, no seat fees, and no early-termination charges.

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 10 vendors forever — no credit card required to start. You get the same 30 / 14 / 7-day expiry reminders, several policies per certificate, one-click vendor update requests, status dashboard, secure private PDF storage, and CSV and calendar export that paid plans have. Paid plans are about scale: once you have more than 10 vendors, the Starter plan at $29/mo raises the limit to 25.

You stay safe. We don’t silently delete vendors when you exceed your tier — instead the dashboard shows a soft prompt to upgrade, and reminders keep firing on every vendor you already have. New vendor creation is blocked until you upgrade or remove inactive ones.
